Iíve heard a lot lately about needing to have a why for doing whatever it is you are wanting to change. So, what is your why? What is making you want to change? What is inspiring you to change? What are the reasons you care to change? Weíd love to know!

For me, my why is for myself this time around. I want to feel better about myself. I want to feel proud when I look in the mirror instead of embarrassed. I want to no longer huff and puff from just a little bit of walking up or down stairs. I want to know that I am doing the best I can to stave off a disease that I could have avoided such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease. I want to be around for another 5 years.
