Usually try to not go back into the kitchen after dinner. Turn out the lights and it's on the other side of the house. But my DH keeps bringing in snacks to our "computer room", so sometimes it's tough.

Today's Challenge is to CLOSE THE KITCHEN. Night time eating can be a huge hindrance to our weight loss efforts. Tonight, let's say NO! to eating after dinner. If you struggle with this, you can have a cup of tea, do some stretches, or just go to bed.

I'm 4'10.5". A normal BMI for my height tops out at 121.
