I am not sure I would use that. I have been using my Avon system for the last 28 years and I really have very few wrinkles. I use a cleanser, a serum a moisturizer at night and again in the morning I use a lighter moisturizer and then a foundation with a SPF included. It has worked really well for me. People can tell my age when they look at my hands, but not my neck and face.

When I was in my forties a good friend of mine who was almost 15 years older looked great no wrinkles. I asked her what she used. Her reply... Hemorrhoid cream. I began using it. I began using another product about 5 years ago but I think I am going to get some more hemorrhoid cream. It really does tighten your pores and everything

The drugstores have some good reasonably priced products. We all age at a different rate.

Ok, I just have to say I found her orange lipstick very distracting! emoticon

I've been worried as I lose weight that my face is going to look older as I lose the fat in my face but so far I think it's ok. I'm sagging more than I used to (ugh) but I seem to still have enough plump in my face that I'm not really wrinkly. My skin is definitely drier than it used to be, so I've been using "night cream" that is thicker than regular moisturizer in the morning. I've been reading some articles and reddit sub groups to research what moisturizers and serums other people recommend and will eventually just make a decision and try something else.

I think so much depends on our genetics. I have a friend who has always been thin, eats low fat, exercises, uses moisturizer, etc. and she started wrinkling so badly in her 40s and now in her mid-50s her face/skin looks at least a decade older than she is. I know she's self conscious about all the wrinkles and has looked into cosmetic procedures but so far she hasn't tried anything.

I think all we can do is try to be as healthy as we can, don't go too low fat, treat our skin kindly, and hope we have good genetics!

Thanks for the link. I personally do not eat anything that is low fat, no fat, etc. We eat the whole product. I have found that I do not eat as much and have as eating the low fat versions with all the added things to make it have a taste.

Saw this video on 50+ Skin Care. Thought I would share it and thought too I would start a conversation about the LOW-FAT diet vs. not having low fat diet but a healthy fats diet. What are your experiences.
