Didn't do good over the weekend..I was sick so I couldn't cook, so you know how it went..Saturday was my Mom's birthday party, I had a small piece of cake..I will do better this week hopefully..TRYING!

Well I messed up today, yes I got some fast food..I could make up every excuse as to why I got fast food but that wouldn't help me..so I am going to keep pushing and look forward to another day to get it right..I know I can do this!

I packed a handful of almonds and took with me to work today. That helped the crunch. I also brought some cold grapes too. That helped the sweet need. Sweet is really my weakness. I can usually pass up the chips and stuff. I'm hanging!

My day was ok..I did get tempted to grab something fast to snack on, while I was out running errands..but I hung in there..this is going to be harder then I thought as well... hope you all are hanging in there as well! We Can Do It!

Had some chips today, but the rest is all good. It's probably the garlic chips SISTREN is talking about, garlic and sea salt.

I'm in. Though wish I had checked my email before doing the groceries. Bought some chips and I don't normally buy chips, but wanted to try a new garlic flavor I saw. So, in some ways this is a good challenge, now I won't get anymore! 21 days here I come!

I did have some fast food today. That is about the only thing on the list that is an issue for me. I don't drink soda, I haven't eaten white bread in years, chocolate is no big deal to me. Now I do have an occassional muffin or biscuit, but the biscuit is usually a sweet potato one and that's once a week.

We need a challenge to keep us going, I found one that should help us along our journey!

21 Days Challenge

NO CHIPS
NO SODAS
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CANDY
NO WHITE BREAD
NO COOKIES OR BISCUITS
NO FAST FOODS
NO CAKES, PASTRIES OR MUFFINS

THIS CHALLENGE WILL START TOMORROW (FEB.1ST)
IF YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE AND I HOPE YOU DO, COME BACK AND POST EACH DAY ABOUT HOW IT'S GOING!

IF YOU HAPPEN TO MESS UP ONE DAY, DON'T GIVE UP, JUST START OVER UNTIL YOU MAKE IT TO 21 DAYS!

REMEMBER TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND GET YOUR WORKOUT IN!
