I nailed it for the week of 10/18. Got it 657 fitness minutes. Most of that came from walking about 4 miles a day instead of the normal 3 I walk. Also started ab work this week. And let's not forget the need to blow off steam. I tell ya, (chuckling), exercising has helped tremendously with alleviating the need to hurt other people. AHAHAH. Even my mom's significant other asks when he sees me walking down the street to the fitness center, "Who made you mad THIS week?" LOL

I actually like Meg77Ann's thought on I NAILED IT 2.0. LOL It's fitting because it is what it is. I like upping the minutes per week. Having a hard time thinking of something to add beyond that.

well I was thinking of sticking with what we are doing but increasing the minutes. it has been great for me to have to be accountable to someone. is good to feel someone celebrate my success while I am happily sharing thiers.i have seen some of our fitness numbers as they post and know we are capable of more. anyone have weight loss to post for this six week challenge? I lost 12 pounds. what do you guys think I am game for whatever?

I went AWOL for a bit but I'm back!

I tweaked my back and wasn't doing much of anything but working and lying on my back not moving for awhile. I DID start eating much healthier though-- I got fruits and veggies in daily and actually started cooking at home. Now I'm hoping to keep that up and add the exercising on top of it-- as of today, back on the exercising wagon :D 1 hour down.
