Okay - I'm in. I think it won't take much effort to improve on the past two week's performance!!

Last challenge step average was -- about 2000

Goal for this challenge -- Maybe I'm crazy, but I think I'll stick with the 4000. I plan to get there some day!!!

Similar to the last 2 weeks we will track water and steps. Average your last 2 weeks of steps and then set your goal. You can do the same with water or just set a goal. New this week is food tracking. This is an assessment challenge where we log the good, bad, and the ugly and then use it to improve in future challenge. Nothing stopping you from using it to make immediate improvements ( holy crap I ate no veggies today) but really it’s just about recreating the habit of tracking and accountability! Will follow a format similar to previous challenges, something like this:
