Today's steps were HORRIBLE!!! They will be in the 1300-1400 range unless I do some major movement which isn't likely with how warm it is in the house (and outside, plus there's mosquitoes there)...

I looked at the past week's Fitbit stats and my high day was 2807 (groan), and my average was 1603. Reflective of the "sit like a lump and knit" holiday. Looking at the Fitbit stats from the week before - high day 3682 - average was 2610 so I think I'll use that.

Most days I have 24 oz of skim milk and the past couple of weeks I've had a 20oz Diet Coke at work several times during the week, so if you count total fluids I did pretty well. Need to quit the Diet Cokes again. I had hardly any this year until July, now I'm blaming the weather...

This challenge is simple. On Monday or Tuesday this week record your baseline of steps. Each day there after is to try and beat that number for the rest of the challenge. As a bonus we are going to try and hit our 8 glasses of water each day and record it here as well!
