I am a binge eater when stressed, tired or emotionally challenged.
I can be very irritable for no apparent reason, lack get up and go and seem to tire very quickly since retiring from work regardless of what I have done during the day.
Having talked to my doctor and had blood checks for medical reasons for this and these showing up nothing and BP being in the normal range with medication, we have decided that I am still adjusting to not having a work pattern and that for a few months at least, I should map myself a daily timetable to see if this helps. So here goes.

Mon, Wed, Fri rise and take a walk for around an hour before breakfast.
Tue, Thursday rise and use the exercise bike for half an hour.
Alternate Mondays Keep fit class
Opposite Mondays gardening for the morning
Tuesdays thorough bathroom and toilet 1 hr. Do banking and wee shop with mum
Wednesday Hoover/dust bedrooms
Thursday grocery shop for the week
Friday wee 2 hr cleaning job at church.
Saturday go with the flow
Sunday church then go with the flow
For relaxation I will watch TV or crossstitch or knit. Several projects ongoing
Thursday afternoon is craft group and evening is bible study.

Along with this I will endeavour to organise my lifestyle to include
8 hours sleep per night
8 cups of water per day
Healthy snacks
Calorie intake in line with my activity.
Cake/scone/ sweets/biscuits only at the weekend.

Tall order but I must get myself sorted

I will re-visit this post at least once a week to,note my progress.
My challenge to me starts 3/8/15
1/8/15 discovered walking with mum tires my legs! Cest la vie
