Tried eating more slowly. That's an effort but did try
Stopped midway through plan cos it was bigger than me
Spent me time building up spark entries
Overdid computer time

Stop eating like a Hoover.
Plan my day and be realistic
Make ME time
Improve my sleep pattern
Include exercise as a norm
Reduce my self inflicted tension
Drink more water.
Eat fruit
Stop emotional eating binges
Reduce my computer time
Monitor bop bedtime and when I get up (personal )
Monitor toilet visits (personal)
