I feel lighter, more agile and healthier. Getting in and out of chairs is easier.mmi hav the proverbial spring in my step - haven't felt that for awhile.

So my victory this week is the flab above my butt is slowly leaving and i feel better when i wear clothes that people can see it emoticon

NSV -- I usually groan when I have to wear one of my strapless bras (I bought them a teensy bit too small and so they pinch a bit), but I noticed today that it's a little bit loser. So the flab is coming off slowly but surely!

Bernie, once I had a month of ST under my belt, my metabolism improved and it was easy for me to lose my remaining target weight. Boy, was I surprised, and happy!

Feeling confused. I get weighed every forthnight today was my weight in. Normally I would loss 1kg in two weeks but this week I lost 1 pound I'm delighted to have lost weight but I'm frustrated as I put a lot of effort in the past two weeks and was hoping to see an improvement on the scale. My doctor noted that I had lost inches before she weighted me she seems my reaction and knew I was a little disheartened and offered support she suggested I might be losing inches and gaining muscle and that the weigh loss woukd get slower over time the closer you get yo target the harder it will become. I have already lost 10kg in the past 6 months so it has been slow I have another 10kg to go for a healthy bmi my doctor thinks 10kg is to much as my body tip have has really shrunk for my height I'm meant to be like 9-10 stone max doctor wants me to get to a weight were I'm comfortable. This week I've increased my protein.I'm only eating between 1200-1400 caps a day and walk an average on 10thousand steps
Any suggesting it advice woukd be appreciated. Thanks
