I am just getting back on track. My goal is to start with 20 minutes 4-5 times per week.

So this morning I bonded with my 10 year old and halfway through the walk she asks me how babies are made. emoticon I tell her I would rather talk about this at home because people might hear us (we get up mighty early and see many people outside in their pj's) and she informs me that no one will hear us so I jump in and tell her about the facts of life.... when who passes us jogging and says good morning.....someone we know very well!
LOL...these are the moments that are remembered for a very long time!

That's awesome spending time with the kids

I'm making it one day at a time
TENACITY is the quality displayed by someone who just won't quit -- who keeps trying until they reach their goal. Anything really worth doing takes persistence, perseverance, and stubborn determination! I AM a Tenacious Jungle Tiger and these are my survival skills!!

I walk a minimum of 30 minutes every morning. I take one of my kids with me each day so we get some great 1 on 1 time.

How often do you workout

I do 5 or 6 days a week but with my hurt feet and upcoming surgery for them I'm down to doing chair exercises still about 4 to 5 days
