Thank you for yuour kind words.

I have been doing the cardio vidoes, a few 10 minute ones. But I have only seen a few longer ones.

I am currently playing a dual role at work, basically working two jobs for the price of one, and I am extremely stressed out by the amount of work I need to get done. Yesterday I had four bags of junk: animal crackers and party mix. I have GERD and this morning I really wanted to do a workout but my stomach hurt so bad that I wasn't able to. After eating healthy for a while, my body is telling me that I need to be kinder to myself and stay away from the processed junk.

I'm Ruth and I live in NYC. I love Jazz!

Currently the issues are - an unhealthy workplace due to a merger and a belittling new VP, my father's cancer diagnosis in August and he passed away less than two weeks ago.
Ongoing is, this is a hard one as I don't discuss it, my alopecia. I wear a wig but it's difficult because it can and does slip and it makes you sweat more so the hairs become wet and the wig noticeable. So I didn't re-new my gym membership. But I am now back on Sparkpeople trying to work out at home. The strength and weights workouts are not a problem at home for me. However I need to up my calorie burn. I use to do the cardio videos that were on excerisetv.com but they have closed. So I would be happy if any one can recommend a 30 or 40 minutes cardio video on line that I can do.
