Hi!

I can't believe March is almost over! I will post a new accountability thread for April. Spring is a great time to work on goals. I am on day 27 of y paleo reset. So far so good. I think that I am going to do another month of the reset.

I am on day 18 of my paleo reset. I am feeling great.

I have also been exercising on schedule. I am looking forward to getting outside to run. We are having a very cold March so there is still snow and ice everywhere. Today it is well below freezing with high wind warnings so I am exercsing indoors again.

I still am using and loving JessicasmithTV on youtube; awesome free exercise videos of all lengths, variety and levels.

How are you doing?

Val, Great job on cutting down the sugar emoticon

I am on day 11 of my paleo reset. It is going well.

I went jogging again today. My hip flexors are quite sore. Not where I though that I would get sore.

Did very well with the no-sugar resolution this week. Although I overate today and last night, my body still feels much better from having the no-sugar all week! I'm looking forward to next week!

Day 7 of the paleo reset. I think that my mood, clarity and energy has picked up in the last couple of days. It could be my reset diet!

Still following my workout schedule. I am looking forward to jogging once the weather and streets improve.

I am on day 4 of my paleo reset. It is going well.

For exercise I actually went on a walk. It was the first time it was 40 degrees or above outside in the last 44 days. The streets and side walks were a mess but man it feltgood to have sunshine on my face.

How are your goals going this month?

Val, jogging and a sweet tooth challenge sounds excellent!

I am logging in early because I am heading a a bookclub tonight.

I am on day 2 of my paleo reset and am on a rest day from exercise. Regular rest days have really helped! I think that I am toning up more since I added them in.

My goal is to complete the Sweet Tooth Challenge (again) this month. I always feel better after I've eliminated sugar from my diet, and that challenge is a good way for me to do it!

Also, I'd like to complete my (ha ha!) January Fitness Challenge. I've gotten a little farther each week, and I love the short strength training videos. Nice!

I'm going to reset my weight loss goals. I've fallen behind, and it's demoralizing.

I had GREAT success with jogging through last month, so I hope to continue that this month as well. Yay!

I look forward to seeing every one else's goals!!

Hey Everyone, Spring is almost here. Do you have any goals for the month of March that you would like accountability for?

I am continuing with my exercise program this month and have begun a 30 day paleo reset diet. Today my dh and I are going to dinner at a friend's house to welcome some out of town guests. I don't no what will be served so I plan to eat before I go.
