I know i am refusing night time snacks from hubby. Just not interested in consuming them. Actually measuring and tracking had not happened. But I guess it will.

Mary - were you able to track your food to see if you are missing something there or if there is something else contributing to the gain? I know watching the scale go up is so frustrating. Hope your week will be better this week!

Cut my sweet tea consumption down, the formula I have used for years now seems too sweet with my increased medication. And my weight is increasing. Up this morning from Wed to 208. Frustrated because I thought I as eating less as well....

This week is going slight bettr than last week. This week I am at least getting my exercise in. Eating is still bad. Let's just be honest, it's bad.

Welcome to the middle of the week.

Today i weighed in at 206... Only down 0.4 from last week, not badfor a woman with whacked out hormones that has not only her cycle, but whose body decided she neededto lactate as well. Too bad my baby is nearly 5.5 yrs old right?

My weight is going down - and I am thrilled. Of course a day of prayer and fasting does a body (and soul) good!
Now, trying to keep things in order and not revert to poor eating!

I am at the same weight this week as last which is up higher than I like. It's been a bad week with sickness, field trip to d.c. and stress. I'm only semi-hopeful that I'll get back on track next week. One thing in my favor though is that lawn mowing season has started and I push mow about an acre each week.

My weight on Wednesday was up - because I ate junk on Tuesday evening! Not good! But I was back on program yesterday and the scale was down again today. I need to gain some consistency or I will just be yo-yoing!

Mid week weighin brings me in at 206.4 my medication was adjusted because of headache frequency. The headaches haven't gone away yet, but it seems to be affecting my weight. I hope the headaches dissipate soon, because hubster says I am a grouchy mess all of the time (and to be honest I know I am) My headahes do affect my hormones to an extent even if I don't have my hormones tested right when they are peaking to show the correlation. Anyways, I hope everyone else is doing well!

I have been doing better this past week. I have been tracking my food, but now I am staying in calorie range. I also have been getting my runs in consistently. So thankful that the weather is warming up and I am able to get out.

I am settled at my daughter's place, but I've had 2 days of no tracking my food and no exercise. Airport food is nasty and expensive. Tomorrow I hope to get it back on track watching my food intake and doing some cardio.

Midweek was at 209.6 got father in law placed in his new facility. Hopes for less calls so we can get my tests done and decide what we are doing for me

Travel is hard on a diet.
I think you are right - it starts in the mind. Last year when we were at a retreat, I had been thinking ahead of time how I would handle things and while I was there, I stayed on program and even reached my lowest weight.

April has started off great. But it is working up to be crazy. I will be flying to be with my daughter who is expecting this month. I'm concerned that I'm going to totally fall off the wagon. So I'm trying to re-think my thinking. I believe it all starts with our thoughts. Taking those negative thoughts captive and thinking on the positive.

Doesn't sound like a great start of the month, but at least there is a lot of the month left to change it.
I was in the States for 2 weeks in March, and my weight is up a bit too, but I plan to change that this month.

Welcome to April 2013! I hope your month is off to a smoother, better start than mine.

My body, being of decidedly different mindset than my desires than my brain is up to 210 lbs. i don't think I have changed anythng diet wise. I was more active during the month of March with obdience class and training for my dog. It is only mildly frustrating to deal with.

In addition to this I have been dealing with my FIL we are trying to change his location so I ha him out yesterday afternoon for 5 hours. That was 5 hours of cajoling him to do what I needed him to do, in a dr appt, blood draw, tb test, then the bribes for good behavior - especially when he started to have less desire to be with me.
