I didn't realize I was no longer receiving the email for the updates on this thread, until I saw it mentioned on a newbies post. I have been having problems off and on with SP, so maybe there was a glitch with this as well. It certainly explains why my in box hasn't been as full. LOL

okay, I did the boxer from yesterday and today's reverse crunch.

I think the boxer position has something to do with what muscles are being worked when you push your arm back and it's to be parallel to the ground.

These are good for me, I can tell. But I can't do them while waiting in line at the grocery store, like the calf raises!

And I can't do them while waiting for the microwave to finish or while waiting for the gas to fill the car, like the hip flexors!

But I know they're good for me!!

Yeah the towel thing won't be repeated. I was tempted by all the ones with exercise bands, but was unsure if everyone had some. I knew we all had towels tho so I grabbed it to try. For the first month of 2012 I am going to encourage Kim to help me post daily exercise challenges in increments of 12 (reps, mins, laps, etc) Please HELP ME! with this.. if I post something and it's too easy come back and post a more challenging idea that you want to see the next day.

If I post an exercise dare it will include a link to the Spark resource on how to complete this exercise, just in case you have never done it previously. If there is not a spark resource I will post an external link (but I ask that you do the same when you reply to me) with all of this said... I also would like some sort of daily check in if you do these tidbits... if nothing else to let me know I'm not the only one out here doing it. Even if all you do is post am emoticon, I would appreciate it :)

If this is something that hold no interest for the group. Please speak now and let me know so I can take the topic down :)
