At least 30 mins minimum cardio a day at least 4 times this week...Drinking a glass of water after each *which I always do*!

Tuesday ~ 120 Minutes of Cardio (30/60/30) & I drank 135.2 oz Water Today
Wednesday ~ 105 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 152.1 oz of Water Today
Thursday ~ 120 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 169 oz of Water Today
Friday ~ 75 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 152.1 oz of Water Today
Saturday ~ 60 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 118.3 oz of Water Today
Sunday ~ 60 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 152.1 oz of Water Today
(Sunday's Are "Usually" My Day of "Rest")
Monday ~ 75 Minutes of Cardio & I drank 169 oz of Water Today

Tuesday -- only got in 20 mins + the water
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday ---30 mins + water
Saturday --- 45 mins + water
Sunday
Monday -- 45 mins Zumba + water

I attempted to workout Thursday! My treadmill won't make a sound...BUMMER!!! My dh and I tried and tried...:( Ok so now it works YAY!

Sounds like a good challenge to me. I am trying to achieve smaller goals to work toward the bigger ones. Right now that means simply getting back on track again.

Tuesday--35 minutes of cardio, plus 2 videos on Fit, Firm DVD
Wednesday-- 30 minutes of doing a dancemat (good thing no one was watching :)
Thursday--30 minutes plus water (I always drink lots of water).
Friday--30 minutes plus water
Saturday
Sunday
