I have completed a few 5k races now. I have been proud just doing the distance, now I want to improve my speed. I am pretty new to running gadgets having used a FitBit One for 2 years and just purchasing my first smart phone 2 months ago. I have come across the Sony Smart B-Trainer via the ASICS website. I would love to hear from anyone who has used this gadget or has any valuable information about the Sony Smart B-Trainer. It is supposed to link up with the Smart B-Trainer app.

"The Sony Smart B-Trainer is a true all-in-one device that makes running fun and your training efficient with voice guidance, music playback, integrated GPS, heart rate monitoring, and running logs. Together with the Smart B-Trainer app, you can manage your training sessions and choose from several training plans. So whether you want to lose weight, build endurance, or train for a marathon, the Smart B-Trainer can help you achieve your goals."

I may not have gone where I INTENDED to go, but I think I've ended up where I NEEDED to be.
