Pull that scale out, write down that number measure yourselves, bust-around boobies, ribcage- under boobies, waist-smalled part from hips to bust, belly button-around belly button, hips-widest part, each thigh, each calf, and each upper and lower arm. I know it sounds like a lot, but I promise you, you'll thank me. You will actually see, the inches melting away! I promise! Than as your measuring and weighing, if you can take a picture, so you can recall where you started. I also recommend you take a picture once a month to visually track your progress. Let's go!!!!!!!
