I really enjoy my elliptical. We bought a fairly inexpensive one from walmart.com and it actually works beautifully and I love using it. However, for me, nothing beats a walk outdoors.

Jenn -- My husband & I do the same thing! It is really more motivating when you can motivate each other (or complain to each other!)

Love the walk/jog too -- I need to get back into that!

I take breaks throughout the workday and just walk around out back and enjoy the fresh air. Otherwise, my husband and I like to work out in the evenings. We motivate one another emoticon

Instead of walking to the subway in the morning today, I jogged for 60 seconds with 90 seconds of rest in between!! Boosted my mood right away!!!

The dog walking is a super idea! My mother in law and her significant other lost a lot of weight doing just that. xx

I took the pup out for a walk around the block today and met some new neighbors on the way! Going to try to circle the block every day this week with our dog Toby. emoticon

that you really enjoy doing that adds steps/activity to your day?

For me, as trite as it sounds, it's doing some light walking during commercials. My husband loves to watch TV (I do too!) and we can binge watch. But I do get up and walk in a mini elliptical each commercial break. Gets the blood moving and makes me feel better.

How about you?
