I had an operation the first of the month, I feel fine, but still am not to do strength exercises, ab exercises r any exercises such as riling a bike where you tighten our abs. I'm just trying to keep on keeping on.

...so how did your August Back-on-Track go? I had some ups and downs - typical life gets in the way stuff - but on the whole, not too shabby (thinks me, lol).

How's about starting a new project for September? Set a goal (lose another five pounds, in my case)... set up a new exercise regimen (I could use that one, too)... or choose a calendar from Spark's selection:
