I don't taste it but it helps distribute the mayo and spices better so it doesn't just stay clumped up in one or two spots. I don't like as much mayo as some people add to coleslaw so for taste I only want 2 tbls to 2 cups lettuce.

I love shrimp so I buy it frozen and just thaw what I need, chop it up and mix it in. It is also good with sunflower seeds. Here is what I do.



Well, that's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The numbers are Cal, Carbs, Fat, Pro, Fiber

Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded 35 8 0 2 3
Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp 180 0 20 0 0
Nature's Way MCT Oil 100% potency, 1 TBSP (15 mL) 130 0 14 0 0

Totals: 449 cal 10 carbs 36 fat 21 prot 3 fiber
