yes thats what i use. 3 filled ones makes 3/4 cup of the chips or there abouts.

there arent directions so...get a flat something. i use a pan scraper from pampered chef. pour the chocolate over, then tap it to get the air out...then scrape the chocolate off the mold..you should just at this point see chocolate in the holes not on top. otherwise you are going to have one big bumpy piece of chocolate not chips!!

let it dry...then pop them out. and theres a tiny little chocolate medallion in the center for you to have for your trouble..LOL!

Melt 3 oz cocoa butter with 2 oz unsweetened chocolate. (i do it in the microwave)
stir in 1/2 cup powdered swerve
then stir in 2/3 cup cocoa powder
add 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

Sometimes when i'm feeling like it i put in a tablespoon of butter for flavor.
mold them however you want or spread thin and cut into chunks.
These are dark and not too sweet..but i like them!

had a different recipe i wanted to try but b/c i'm going have to order online beef gelatin powder i decided to try this recipe instead. A BIG HIT! and comes out to be 1g net carb per cookie. the hard part is trying not to eat them all!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Almond Flour
4 tbsp Butter
1 large Egg
1/2 cup erythritol
10 drops Liquid Stevia
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp xanthan Gum
1 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
1/4 tsp Pink Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Combine the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt in a bowl and set aside.
2.Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.
3.Add vanilla extract, liquid stevia, erythritol and an egg to the melted butter and combine.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in two batches and mix thoroughly ensuring there are no clumps of flour.
5.Cut up the bakers chocolate into as big or as little chunks as you want and add it to the batter. Combine. (I USED 2 TBSP LILLY'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS)
6.Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet and using a cookie scooper scoop 12-13 cookies onto the baking sheet. No need to press them out - they will spread in the oven.
7.Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
8.Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy! As they cool they will harden.

Net Carbs: 1.2g
