Sounds pretty tasty.

I'd have probably left in the bell pepper and the celery. I love a variety of mouth feel. Salty? I guess that is from the soy-sauce.

I love soy sauce..I don’t find the aminos to be just like it, but close. Good to know on the too salty.

this looks good! But there are a couple things i would sub out...
I would not use the pepper..pretty high in carbs. some people would leave out the peanuts.
Soy is inflammatory and not suggested, but coconut aminos is the replacement for it. That said..i used soy before i knew i shouldnt and it didnt give me problems, but for those it may, you want the coconut aminos.
sesame oils...seed oils arent recommended. i always used grapeseed oil until i posted something with it and the coaches stepped in and said no..
again..ive used grapeseed and sesame without problems..but if you do have a problem sub an approved oil for it.
Most likely with the amounts used for 4 servings it is fine!!
