This is my go-to. You can add whatever seasonings you want into the mix. For fall I have been adding pumpkin spice to it.

3 T almond flour
1/2 t baking powder
*add seasonings of your choice

Mix in microwave safe dish or ramekin. Then add

1 egg
1 T melted coconut oil

Mix well. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let stand for 1-2. Toast or grill.
