right..The net carbs look good though, and I am not allergic to anything. I did make pizza and frankly..the mental appeal was greater than the real appeal. I just don't get the craving for it I did before. The bread worked out after toasting it slightly first. Been on keto for a few months.

second ingredient is wheat..then oat then cornstarch.... none of those are keto foods..
just to be aware. if it works for you then great!

Picked this up over by the pizza sauce at Walmart. These breads are big..I would estimate 14 to 16 inches by 8 to 9 inches..and thin. A whole bread has 8 net carbs..and is BIG lol. I was so excited to see it as the calories seem reasonable compared to fathead. . Anyway I am going to crisp one up in the oven and see how it works for pizza!
