Cool Idea!! I also like the eggs boiled inside a ziplock freezer bag in boiling water, especially with a family where everyone has their preference for what toppings or flavorings or other add-ins to their eggs. Each one has their own. At some point I had issues with food cooked in the microwave. Was great when I was younger!!

And strengthens her arms.

This is less of a recipe and more of a method. I used to make this years ago and figured it could help people with quick, mess free egg preparation.

What you need
1 oz cream cheese
2-3 eggs

Put 1 oz of cream cheese in microwave safe bowl and microwave until soft approx 15-20 seconds. Add eggs to bowl and scramble. Microwave in 30 second increments re-mixing each time until cooked to your liking. Mine took about a minute and a half. They come out fluffy and delicious. And the beautiful part is you only have one bowl to wash.
