1 lg egg
1 tsp butter/oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2/ tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients in a flat bottomed bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Bun will be moist at first but will dry out quickly. Cut in half as soon as bun cools enough to touch.
