that looks really good i havent had pizza since last summer..

Preset the oven to 350 F

Mix
80 grams protein powder
1 egg
50 grams milk or water
50 grams oil

On a foil lined cookie sheet, spray the foil with cooking spray, then pour enough of the batter, it should be fairly thin and spread out.

Bake for about 5 minutes, and watch carefully. Once firm, perhaps flip it over, then put tomato sauce and shredded cheese and other toppings.

Bake from the top (broil) until it looks the way you want it, perhaps 4 or 5 minutes.


The crust has about 1 gram of carbs, and the 60 grams of pizza sauce has about 6 more.


Now with pea protein powder for the dough.

Not an apetizing colour, or not the expected colour, but it tastes great.
