Had a nice walk this afternoon but soon will walk farther. Looks like winter is still trying to make an appearance as if we haven't had more than enuff! emoticon

With the house remodeling going on, will be working hard with getting the floor laid and walls painted. Adding some gardening in. Been on the road and will be feeling all the work but should go well.

Have been walking inside all winter long and now hoping to get walking dogs. got up to over 3000 steps but got my 6 000 when walking outside. Can't go over 6000 as my Achiles tendon swelled up so atay under 6000. do I I have to do.

My goal is going to the gym 3-4 days a week, & walking other days for at least
an hour (maybe break it up in smaller times to equal an hour or more.)
