Didn't make the 12 pound loss last year. Gonna try again this year. Anyone with me? Here's how I'm going to do it:

journaling daily
drinking four glasses of water daily
sticking to a 1500 calorie a day food plan
walking over 2000 steps five days a week

I've been backsliding - haven't been journaling. But I'm still two pounds down from my original weight. Gotta try harder!

Back from my visit to my daughter and her family in Arkansas. She was on the Nutrisystems diet and taught me how to eat - again.

Went to my TOPS meeting this morning and I've lost an additional 4 1/2 pounds toward my 12-pound goal!

How are you all doing?

I have exactly twelve pounds to lose to reach my goal weight. Now I have an extra reason to stick to a healthier eating plan! Go Jim... keep fighting!

Anyone want to join this challenge and try to lose 12 pounds by the end of the year? If so, share with us how you plan to do it.

I'm going to journal my food and try to walk 2000 steps a day.
