hi. i'm julie. i too find hot showers help. i'm usually only stiff for half hour. mornings are my best time. good for 3 hours before pain sets in. then i have to move just slow.

Hi, I've found a warm shower helps on tougher days, and doing some gentle yoga is beneficial on more 'normal' days. Relaxing earlier in the evening can make a positive difference in am. And, of course, make sure you are getting enough rest.

I wake up stiff every morning. It takes at least 2 hours before my muscles release. Has anyone faced this and how did you deal with it? emoticon
