This forum is going to list workouts that can be done at your convenience. The idea is to make a set of exercises you can grab depending on your mood and time without having to follow a set schedule. These can be done to suppliment the weekly workouts, but the intent is for them to be a separate program for people that cannot or don't want to do the 5 days per week workouts already being posted.

This collection will grow over time, so feel free to search as needed to find what you are looking for. The title of each workout will include the approximate time needed to complete it as well as the main method of cardio involved (elliptical/bike, running, swimming, etc).

Enjoy and PLEASE provide feedback within each workout to any recommended changes or how you liked it.
