So I took my first swimming lesson today. Got nervous with all the kiddies but then realized the adults learning were on the other side I'm really afraid of being in any water over my head so 4-5 ft is my cap and really 5 is pushing it. Leg paddling is hard work I guess when you get use to it its easy.
My water aerobic class is fun but wow you really work out.
I'm doing things I've always wanted to do - for many many YEARS I've always wanted to take swim aerobics and a swimming class. Don't know what what took me so long but looking forward to learning more next week.

I'm mostly keeping to pace with my step goal (except the weekends). I'm taking a water aerobic class which is fun but hard. I feel I'm doing well on my movement goals but have been messing up eating wise. I'm hoping to get back on track. I keep trying emoticon

Moving more and eating less works!!! We're working on healthy eating, but let's also focus on the other part of the equation as well - moving. So come by as often as you can, daily will bring the best results, and let us know how you are "moving and grooving". Some days will be better than others, but consistency is the key - so "Let's Move"!!!
