You can start this challenge at anytime. Remember....each day is a new beginning with new possibilities.

The 100 day challenge is about challenging yourself to change a behavior. To target and focus on a goal for 100 days. Some things you might want to focus on are: avoiding fast foods, tracking your exercise,....this can be as simple as exercising for just 10 minutes a day, another goal might be to track your nutrition, perhaps doing a Sparkpeople video each day, walking outside or on your treadmill or elliptical machines is your goal. What will you do for your 100 days to challenge yourself to becoming a new you?

You can be as simple or complex as you want to be in this challenge. This is YOUR challenge! Let's encourage each other on to success! YOU CAN DO IT.....WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!
