I thought this was an excellent article. I know I can't wish success but I can work at it.

The one that spoke the most to me was "discipline." I am so good at being disciplined in my fitness time but less so with nutrition. I WILL do it though. Every day I do right is another day I practice my good habits.

I believe that I can do it.
