Have been trying to take my dogs for slow runs or for hikes on the weekend. They get very excited to go and obviously love it. It helps make up for leaving them in the house all day and also gets me out for some exercise as well!

Ran a hash again on Saturday but did not put forth a very good effort. On top of that I ordered pizza when I got home! I think I tried too hard to eat too little with a very strenuous day and ended up having the opposite happen because I was so hungry.

I need to remember to eat enough especially when I am working out a lot, so that I can avoid eating poorly.

Did the hash again this past Saturday and my legs are still burning on Monday today at work...

It was a lot of fun and I finished near the top, but I have some sword grass cuts and small bumps and bruises as trophies.

Was a great way to stay active this weekend.

Did a hash this afternoon which is a hike/run through the jungle following a "hare" marking the trail. Lots of fun. Recommend checking it out if you're interested in another way to be active and meet people without it seeming like a workout. :)
