There will always be 3 options listed unless I am asked to make another level in between them, above, or below. There will be a beginner, moderate, and advanced workout each day. Feel free to jump between them depending on your comfort in the pool or in the gym.

If you find yourself struggling but are able to complete the workout level you chose, stick with it and that level should get easier. If you find the workout extremely easy, move up a level next time, even if it means you struggle and cannot complete the entire workout.

If anyone ever wants me to add intermediate levels or another level at the bottom or the top please let me know. I will try to post what I actually completed each day as well so that you can see that I struggle at times as well!

The biggest and most important factor is sticking with it! Missing a day isn't as big of a deal as being honest with yourself. If you miss a day every now and then or can't get to the pool and do something different, that's fine, but if you find yourself skipping every Monday or every Thursday, you probably need to readdress your motivation :).

Monday: Pool
Tuesday: Gym (Elliptical or Bike)
Wednesday: Pool
Thursday: Gym (Elliptical or BIke)
Friday: Variable
