I tend to eat breakfast around 8am twice a week, but half-way through my morning classes, I start running out of gas. I usually have a banana and a Greek yogurt as I run out the door... maybe an oatmeal with granola on top if I have 5 minutes. Any ideas for a more filling QUICK breakfast, or a decent midmorning snack for my sprint between classes?
