How are you calculating your carbs? Macros? I might not be doing keto but I may still be looking for the next phase or tactic in my dietary planning.

That is awesome keep up the good work. I am on way unfortunately i am 245 right now, but with a lot of hard work ahead of me i think i will get down to my goal of 150,Thank you for sharing with me this helps me a lot

I started on SP when I was 190 pounds. We took a family photo and I realized how bloated I looked. The white blouse didn't help. My knees hurt more than they should, but I was carrying a 50 pound feed sack worth of weight with every step.

I began by eating healthy and watching portions. Very little carbs. I got down to 184 in three weeks then stalled out. So I thought I would try keto and got down to 173. I would like to get down to 150 before I think everything. I was getting pretty tired of the lack of stuff I was used to eating, and doing for me and then the family in two different eating styles.

I have found a whey "recovery" bar that I love and I have replaced two meals with it. Then I do an almost pure meat dinner that I like. It gives me more time to work and prepare family meals without even having to think of mine. I am losing again too. So, off to a new adventure in high fat, low protein and below 16% carbs daily.
