Hi there,
It's easy to stay on Spark for a long time, I catch myself doing it too. I try to limit myself to a broken up hour. I have other friends on Sparks as well, so this can be tricky to do. But, if I don't limit myself, then I'll be on it all day too. I have a tendency to play solitaire on the computer too long also so I limit myself to 5 games whether I've won one or not. Then I too need to read, whether it be a magazine or a book. Then, I get exercise in, whether it be formal exercise, like a video, walk, my dancing, etc., or the challenges like spring cleaning. I really like this one because it is forcing me to clean and get rid of stuff. I too will probably have a yard sale and at least make a little bit of money for things I no longer want or need. So, I'll be getting back to the cleaning, I'm half way done with the bedroom, took a lunch break, decided to look at email, and there you were. So, have a good rest of your day.
