Yesterday I did my walking workout for 30 minutes. And I did some strength and sculpting moves. It was nice. I waited till after dinner and busted a move. I did 2 sets of 12 of bicycle crunches and crunches with a twist. I also stretched a bit and did some lateral raises. 2 set of 12. YAY!!

Oh, so sorry, Lulu, Knee pain is the worst! I have had knee replacements on both of mine, (one in 2004 and one in 2005) and since then they are great! I never have any pain, and they are sturdy and strong! Before I had them done, I was in constant pain and nothing helped!

Hope you find some relief!

emoticon I went to the dr. to see about my bothersome knee and other reasons, but that bothered me the most... anyway, she ordered x-rays of my knee and we found out that it is a degenerative condition. ((Wearing away)) Since then, I haven't really exercised too much. I have made some good choices nutrition wise, but also not. I bought a pint of ice cream last night. Anyway, I will be back to the drawing board, since it has been a few days of non-movement.

I will be also cleaning today, seeing how far I can get with spring cleaning. Maybe I will end up taking it room by room. Who knows how I will plan on tackling this cleaning fest, but I will decide soon. Today is emoticon emoticon emoticon

I shoveled snow for about 1.5 hours. I also am about to do my 30min walking workout!

Things are going great for me in the movement department. I have been doing a difficult DVD. It is a walking workout, and there are intervals. It gets very hard, but I love it! It does last for 30 minutes. I haven't done strength exercises yet. But after I get used to this mild pain in my arm muscles, I will try to make time for it.
