December 26: I've really been cutting back on exercise, with sickness and cold weather and just lack of motivation, but today I got in a 30-minute walk.

It's a busy time of year--I know I've decided to take time off from some of my fitness goals.

But do I have 10 minutes each day? Sure!

So, for this challenge, get at least 10 minutes of exercise every day--and post here what you did!
