I'm starting a little late into December, but I'll give this a go.

My nutrition goal is to stay within my sodium range - I keep struggling with this at times.

My fitness goal - try to add some yoga/tai chi at night in addition to my morning cardio/circuit training.

I've created a formal December goal that you can track on your goals page. Simply check the box when you write a paragraph. And I've challenged the team to get to 50 paragraphs by the end of the month!!

We'll delete this goal when December is over.

I'm taking suggestions for a January goal. New Year Resolutions anyone??

I beat my time on my 5k today by one second. A major success? Not!! I did it by using 15 second intervals at 5.1 MPH and walked 4.1 or 4.2 MPH the rest of the time. The intervals came every 3 minutes. I know if I move them up to every minute, I'd be able to get my 5k to under 47 minutes.

Eating - still haven't had time to cook so I'm not back on The Plan yet. Instead, I spent the day recovering a folder with five years worth of parenting and stress management tips. Some days I hate computers!!

IGNITEME - glad you've joined me in this challenge. Anyone else want to join us? I'm going to set this up so that it will show as an option on our page - if I can just figure it out!!

I titled it 3 months with spark or something equally nerdy! I am going to add inches lost as soon as I can get my tape measure out of the baby's room. It's difficult to format on spark as we all know.

I will do it! I will recommit to the plan that I'm on now, because it is working so well, for me. I will challenge myself to do inside activities since it is snowing and icy here in OK~ & I WILL write about it? what have you written? Where do we post it?

I haven't made much progress on either of my two goals this month. I did sign up for another 5k this week and will give it a try Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, depending on when I can get free from work.

Anyone else looking at two or three goals this month? Let us know how you're doing!

Let's challenge ourselves in December to create one new nutrition and one new fitness goal, and then write a paragraph about it weekly to track progress. The goal here is to combine writing talent with Spark goals, and help everyone stay mindful and healthy through the holidays!

My new nutrition goal for December is to return to the eating program that helped me lose weight to begin with - mostly based on Lyn-Genet Recitas' The Plan. And my fitness goal is to beat my 5k time of 47 minutes and 3 seconds by the end of the month!!

Let's do this together!!
