I've actually been finding myself going over 10 minutes each day and it is already getting easier for me to make working out a habit.

Today is day 7 of 10 minutes (minimum, I go over that sometimes depending on the kind of work out) a day, and it is my longest streak to-date.

I try to change it up. Yesterday I did strength training, and used a skipping rope in between sets. The day before I went to the park w my guy and we used the outdoor gym there and clocked in about 2 hours of walking on top. And the day before that I'm pretty sure I did yoga.

I have found that doing something different on a daily basis has been keeping it fun and challenging for myself :)

Believe you can and you are halfway there.

Good things come to those who work for it.

Know your limits. Then defy them.

My exercise is walking. I'm looking forward to doing some other types of sport/exercise when I've lost some weight. 10 minutes a day is a good goal cos once that 10 minutes is done it makes it easier to keep going and do more!

I managed 10 minutes yesterday while dinner was cooking. And I'm planning a short walk over my lunch break today. Baby steps, but it feels good to do *something.*

This challenge is designed to build a consistent fitness habit by doing at least 10 minutes of fitness most days per week.

10 minutes of exercise a day can improve your health, cheer you up, and help you maintain a steady weight, and even lose weight. It takes only 10 minutes a day to get your body back on track.
