I went to zen habits. Love it! I have been chanting "just breathe" to myself for years. Have even stuck post-it's on the steering wheel, mirrors, agendas, doors, well just about everywhere. It really helps. It's natural. And I'm addicted to it.

Drinking water and alot of it, keeps me from eating as much. Also feeling good about myself, which I do after having devotions. Always starts me off on the right track. I will go back to it once or twice through out the day. Also exercising again with Nicole gives me motivation, and helps me burn calories and shape up.
