Me either, but now I know what it is! The only good lifting term I've taken to heart is drop sets, which is kinda the opposite of what you're describing in the juggernaut method.

It is a varying rep range based on a % of max. Primary lifts at squat, bench press, dead lift and overhead press. They phase as 10's, 8's, 5's & 3's - increasing the % of max as you reduce reps . I'm still working out the details, but phase one would be 50 sets of 5 plus triggering moves in between sets.

The designer is for strength training in conjunction with other sports.

I'm just starting and will probably double up each phase since I'm still really working on form.
