I'm a simple-carb craver: Sweets, breads, crackers, etc. Interesting that they suggested seeds, because I've found that they can help with this craving but didn't know why. There is actually a science to it!

I seem to crave almost anything that have tomatoes!!! My favorite!!! Pizza is a biggee for me--but I will make or order out one with 1/2 veggie and hubby can enjoy his side with whatever toppings he likes. Less cheese than typical, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms on a thin crust-that's me!

And when my sugar cravings are strong-water-water-water until hopefully the craving passes as I'm trying to avoid all sugar the best I can!

We all have those times where we crave certain foods, tastes and even texture--sugary, salty, crunchy, smooth, etc., types of foods! Some of which are healthy and some of which we know aren't the best of food choices.
