My goals for this week are
Spark point:98
Glucose Level Fasting stays at 163 because I didn't reach it but 3 times this week
Post Dinner :217 because I hit that one 5 of the 7 day Yes that is a C and I am HAPPY with that.
Blogging stay the same 3 times a week.

I've started focusing on my water consumption. First day did do so good but the last 5 day I have managed to get in 10 glasses.

So my goals this week were not met so I will be keeping them a gain for next week.
Spark points will be 89
Glucose fasting 163, post dinner 244
Lifestyle will be blogging 3 time a week

Well this week I did good.
My goal was 78 for spark points and I averaged 89. My goal for my glucose fasting was 203 and I averaged 163 and my post dinner was 247 and I averaged 244.
Yes I hit my lifestyle but that wasn't hard at all. My nutritional exercise goals will have to stay the same because I only did it once this week.
So my goals for this week are as follows:
Spark points 89
Glucose Fasting 163 post dinner 244
Nutritional goal of getting to or staying in calorie range
Lifestyle goal is to blog at least 3 times this week

Well I thought I was doing good but I guess not.
My nutritional was 1250 which is under amount needed
Spark point was 97
Exercise was only 35 min
Lifestyle I did it
So I was 50/50 today

Day one of this week and I think I did ok. My Spark points for today was 91 which is 13 over goal, my nutrition was spot on with 1518, my glucose levels were fasting 203 which was what my goal is this week and my post dinner was 228 which is 19 below goal. I didn't get my fitness it was only 30 minutes but remember I am still in recovery and I got my lifestyle goal of taking a shower at night,

Today I reached 55 points. I love the trivial questions, spinning the wheel, tracking my food and water, reaching as close to protein 60 as possible (vegan), eating colors, planning my day, eat with tv off, and exercise. My exercise is less than others probably do, I walk my dog. I am 73 and have a few things keeping from doing the activities I use to do.

So as I was sitting here waiting to do my last glucose for the night. I decided to make weekly goals. All my other teams do a Wednesday to Wednesday week . That is why it is a new week and it starts in the morning. So to help out with accountability I decide to show my weekly goals here on this platform. In hopes that if you see mine you would show yours and we could keep each other on track.
For my Spark points I am going for a daily goal of 78 points
My nutrition goal is to either hit my calories or stay with in them(usually I am way under or over)
My glucose level goals are Fasting 203 and my post dinner is 247(yes I know these are not ideal numbers but it is a start)
For my fitness goal this week is 43 mins a day
My life style change is to shower at night instead of showering in the morning

If you decide to post you will need to do a daily post on here stating how you did each day.
If you post each day I will stop by you page next week and give you a spark goodie for do it.
