Monday I will unpack boxes for 30 minutes and walk around the pond
Tuesday buy hangers and put clothes in new closet.
Wednesday put clothes in new closet and clean up deck.
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

Monday I went above and beyond. I gathered up all my clothes and tried them on and weeded out my too big clothes. 2 hours of trying on clothes is great exercise.

Tuesday I only had time to buy hangers, but I did a longer walk.

A minimum of 10000 steps per day and no wine with dinners for the next 10 days.

Exercise daily this week, and continue organizing project at home!
Monday - Build Strong Joints and Bones exercise class (60 minutes), and took loads of clothes to Goodwill plus finished organizing recipes

50 jumping jacks every day this week. Hopefully I can come back here and update each day.

What's yours?

Monday did 50 plus 5 bonus jacks
Tuesday got 50 done and my bonus is finding out how out of shape I really am, lol!
Wednesday did my 50 jacks,also am walking and gardening each day, jacks are my extra
Thursday 25 down and 25 to go, doing jacks in the living room is not fun:) Enough already rain
Friday well EM is flaring so no jacks today, did well to walk, hope tomorrow to do better
Saturday had to change jacks to knee lifts, did 50 plus walking and gardening
Sunday
