This is going to be fun. We are going to be traveling down the road on route 66. We are going to be starting in Chicago and walking to los angeles ca. This is how it will work.. In order to cross each state we need to go so many miles. Here is the breakdown!
Illinois 300 miles
Missouri 317 miles
Kansas 13 miles
Oklahoma 432 miles
Texas 186 miles
New Mexico 487 miles
Arizona 401 miles
California 314 miles
So we need to travel 2.450 miles.

This is how we will calculate for every 1 minutes of exercise we will count as one mile. You will have 3 months to complete this which is 12 weeks. Basically this tallys as 27 minutes a day. It can anything you get your fitness minutes such as walking/ bike riding/ strength training or dvds.
